What Shipping Methods Are Available?
For orders over £30, shipping is free of charge within Mainland UK. For all other regions including non mainland UK areas and International shipping please contact us to request a shipping cost.
How long will it take for my order to despatch?
All orders are dispatched on the same day of the order as long as orders are placed before 3pm each day.
Do you ship Internationally?
We are able to ship your purchases internationally to any country, but please ensure you call or email us first so we can calculate a cost for shipping your purchases to you.
How can I track my order?
You can easily track your order, by going to the order tracking page, there you can put in your email address and order number to track your purchase.
Order and Returns
I have changed my mind. Can I cancel order?
We hope you do not cancel your order, but if you wish to cancel please contact us as soon as possible. If the items have already been dispatched an admin and postage charge may be deducted.
How can I track my return order?
We do not offer an on site return tracking system, if you wish to know the status of your return either refer to the tracking of the delivery service you sent it back with or if it has been shown as delivered, call or email us for an update.
How can I return an item?
To return an item, package it carefully in the original packaging with all tags and any other items it arrived with, intact in the original condition it was sent and send it to us at the address on the contact page. If you wish to return an item please contact us first to discuss any issues. You will be required to pay the postage and refunds will not be given until the items are in the shop and have been checked.
Do I get a refund?
We will give refunds on any order in line with all relevant UK Laws and in line with your consumer rights. Please note you will be liable for postage costs on any returns
What is the return notice period?
Please inform us as soon as possible if you wish to return an order, There is a 14 day period from the date of your order in which you can return items for a refund, but you will have to pay for the postage. All returned items must be in the condition they were sent and must have all original tags and packaging intact.
Why can’t I return certain items?
Certain accessories or jewellery we may occasionally sell may not be returned due to hygiene issues, for example earrings.
